Rocket Dog racing was founded by Mad Pete Cardell Williams who named the team after one of Mad Petes hounds. There is no real story as to how Pete picked up his title, hes just clearly mad. Pete continually howls at his animals who howl back to humour him.

Despite these deficiencies, Mad Pete leads this fine team & their finest hour came at Snetterton in 2004 when they made it to the pub after the race before it closed.

The Rocket Dog team consists of Mad Pete, Mick, Andy "I need more drink" Findlay and Andy Smith who are ably managed by the delightful Viv. Their aim for 2005 is to strive for glory, compounding on their devastating 4th place "morale victory" at Snetterton last year and of course getting to the pub before it shuts.
