2CV Racing is possible because of the co-operation
of members of the teams. Setting up the cars is a vital operation,
but so is setting up camp, preparing the food, organising the events
etc.
There is a lot to do, but everyone finds
time to relax as well.
Although in competition with each other,
the teams co-operate amongst themselves by offering spare parts and
assistance etc when needed.
The friendly atmosphere leads the club
to unwind around the barbeque as the sun starts to set .
The usual fare is beer, burger, sausages
and beer.
Mr 'Bulb', sponsor of this year's 24 hour
race, presented a trophy to the Rocket Dog Team for their special
achievement.
Because the Racing Club is all about people
(as well as cars, engines and tracks of course) a who's who is being
set up on this web site to help to put names-to-faces.
