13. Viscom Design is run by one of our drivers Glenn Butenshaw. He does anything from business cards to brochures! Top man for any jobs involving graphics and printing! (Marc Fenner)
14 This is me (Marc) trying to get some info about how the car is behaving. Apart from Glenn, none of our drivers have any mechanical knowledge making it very difficult to diagnose problems. For those who are wondering racehire.com (www.racehire.com) is basically a dating agency for drivers and cars - giving potential drivers the chance to choose what they might want to hire, and racecar owners the chance to earn a little income from their vehicles. 88,89,90,91- Unfortunately on the Saturday the car caught fire in the practice session. Not good as our new £70 greens air filter was charcoaled and to make things even worse the marshals had used powder rather than foam. For those of you that don't know the powder goes hard and eats into everything! Team yellow peril jumped in to help in lending us there compressor to try and get the powder of. Armed with brushes and a compressor myself and Fritz get to work trying to save the engine, brakes etc. After further investigation from watching a in car video it appeared that the engine died because of a electrical problem and trying to restart it flooded the carb and air filter which then ignited! Luckily the engine was ok! (Marc Fenner)

As you can see Fritz holding a rather charcoaled air filter! (Marc Fenner)

After a brief chat with the legend Pete Sparrow he suggested that we tried rejetting the carb and also to take the choke flap off. With some help from Pete and this guy who's name I cant remember we had success. (Marc Fenner)

141 The baby herself - 'Chloe' knocking out amazing times, our fastest being a 1.48 (by Glenn "Hardman" Burtenshaw). And the drivers were saying there was more to come but they were worried about blowing the engine. Amazing! (Marc Fenner)
